This is one of my favorite installations to show people. The community wanted a playground that didn't shut down when the sun went down — somewhere families could gather in the evening and the kiddos could still play safely. The LED lighting is built right into the equipment — the panels, the leaf details, even the slides light up. It's not floodlights bolted on as an afterthought. The whole thing feels warm and welcoming after dark without being overwhelming. This is the kind of project that turns a playground into a destination.

Robinia Wood Playgrounds

This project was built as a centerpiece for a community that wanted something meaningful — not just another metal-and-plastic play structure. The entire playground is robinia wood, which is naturally durable, looks incredible, and holds up in outdoor conditions for decades. The main structure has tall towers, enclosed slides, rope bridges, climbing nets, and elevated paths that challenge kids of all ages. When you see it in person, it doesn't feel like a "playground" — it feels like something the kiddos want to explore. That's the difference with robinia.

Fully Accessible Playgrounds

This is one of the reasons we chose Psagot Play as a manufacturer. Their "Balloons" play system won the GOOD DESIGN 2022 international design award — and it's not hard to see why. The whole structure was designed from the ground up so that kids in wheelchairs can access the upper levels and actually play with their friends, not just watch from the ground. Wheelchair-accessible bridges connect to higher floors, and there are sensory panels, musical elements, rope nets, and slides for every age and ability. It's fully inclusive without feeling like a medical device — it's colorful, fun, and the kids don't even realize it's accessible. They're just playing. That's how it should be.
