Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

At NJ Swingsets & Playgrounds, we want every customer to have a great experience. Because we sell large, heavy, and often custom-built outdoor equipment, our return and cancellation policies differ from typical retail. Please review the policies below before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Residential Wooden Swing Sets

Orders for residential wooden swing sets may be cancelled at any time up until the day of delivery, at no charge.

Vinyl Swing Sets & Commercial Playground Equipment

Orders for vinyl swing sets, commercial playground equipment, and all custom or special orders cannot be cancelled. These products are custom manufactured to your specifications and production begins immediately upon order confirmation.

Custom & Special Orders

All custom and special orders are final sale. These orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund once placed. Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable.

Returns

Swing Sets, Playgrounds & Large Equipment

Due to the size and nature of our products, swing sets, playground equipment, trampolines, basketball hoops, and commercial equipment cannot be returned once delivered.

Small Accessories, Parts & Hardware

Small items such as accessories, replacement parts, and hardware are only returnable if defective. Please contact us if you receive a defective item and we will replace it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If any part of your order arrives damaged or defective, please document the damage immediately with photos and contact our team. NJ Swingsets & Playgrounds will replace all defective or damaged parts at no cost to you.

Please inspect all items at the time of delivery. Reporting damage promptly helps us resolve issues quickly.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We will ship the correct item to you right away and arrange for the return of the wrong item at no cost.

Delivery & Refusal

Deliveries may not be refused unless there is a visible problem with the shipment, such as damage or an incorrect order. If you identify an issue at delivery, please document it and contact us immediately.

Deposits

Deposits on custom and special orders are non-refundable. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your order.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are handled directly by the product manufacturer. NJ Swingsets & Playgrounds can help you initiate and navigate the warranty claim process. Please contact us and we will point you in the right direction.
