The Playground Equipment Rochester is one of the most compact commercial structures we sell, and I mean that as a compliment. Built for ages 2-5 with capacity for 11-13 kids, it delivers a real play experience in a footprint of just 20' 11"W x 21' 9"L. Fall height is 36". Meets ASTM F1487 and CPSC #325 safety standards.
BEST FOR: This is the structure I recommend for small daycare centers and preschools with tight outdoor spaces. If you've got room for about 21 by 22 feet of safety surfacing and you're serving groups of 10-13 kids, the Rochester is purpose-built for that scenario. It's also a good option for residential subdivisions adding a toddler play area.
The Playground Equipment Rochester packs a surprising amount of play value into one of the smallest footprints in the commercial playground world. But it's not a token piece of equipment -- kids get climbing, sliding, and interactive play elements, just at a scale that matches a 2-5 age group and a smaller group size.
I appreciate the honesty of this design. It's not trying to be something it's not. If you need a compact, code-compliant commercial playground for a dozen young kids, this is it.
