The Psagot Playgrounds Springfield is the largest play system I carry in the steel post line — 210 children across four hexagonal towers with climbing elements inside and outside each one, three tube slides, a toddler slide, play panels, and climbing walls. This is a destination playground, the kind of structure that puts a park on the map. Ages 5-12, ASTM F1487 and IPEMA certified.
BEST FOR: This is for flagship park installations. County parks, large municipal recreation areas, or community projects where the playground itself is the reason people drive across town. Not for small parks or school yards.
The Springfield is the one I bring up when a client says they want their park to be a destination. Four hexagonal towers, each with climbing elements on the inside and outside, connected so kids can work their way through the entire structure. Three tube slides handle the volume — and at 210 kids, you need that many exits so the towers don't back up. The toddler slide is a smart addition for younger siblings who tag along.
Here's the thing about a structure this size: it has to be designed so 210 kids aren't all trying to do the same thing. The Springfield handles that with play panels, climbing walls, and different routes through each tower. Kids naturally spread out because there are enough options to go around. The HDPE panels are made from recycled materials and resist UV fading, which matters when you're investing at this level.
