The Psagot Playgrounds Sayre is a single-tower playground for the youngest kids — ages 2-5 — built around a hexagonal tower with two slide options: a twisted tube slide and an open slide. It's compact, holds 16 children, and is designed at the right scale for toddlers and preschoolers who are still developing basic motor skills. ASTM F1487 and IPEMA certified.
BEST FOR: Preschools, daycare centers, and parks with dedicated toddler areas. If you're looking for a standalone structure for the under-5 crowd, the Sayre gives them two different slide experiences without overwhelming them with too many choices. The 16-child capacity works well for a classroom-size group.
I recommend the Sayre a lot for preschool and daycare installations because it gets the scale right. Young kids — 2, 3, 4 years old — need equipment that's proportioned to their size, and the Sayre's hexagonal tower with a lower fall height of 5'9" does that. The twisted tube slide gives them that enclosed, thrilling feeling, while the open slide is right there for kids who aren't ready for a tube yet.
I've installed these in small park corners, church yards, and preschool outdoor areas where you might have a 30-by-30-foot pad to work with. It's not going to entertain a crowd of 50 kids, but for a preschool class or a small neighborhood park, it does the job well.
