The Psagot Playgrounds Des Moines is one of the highest-capacity toddler structures I carry — 64 kids at once. It's an HDPE play system with climbing, sliding, and interactive elements spread across the structure, plus a full accessibility ramp so children with mobility challenges can reach the same play areas as everyone else. ASTM F1487 and IPEMA certified, built from recycled HDPE. If you're equipping a large park or school playground and need a toddler section that can handle real volume, this is the one I'd look at first.
BEST FOR: Schools, municipal parks, and large childcare facilities that serve a lot of kids in the 2-5 range at the same time. The 64-child capacity means you can run multiple classes outdoors simultaneously without anyone standing around waiting for a turn. The accessibility ramp is a genuine ramp, not a token feature — it's wide enough and graded gently enough for wheelchair access, which matters if your facility needs to meet ADA playground guidelines.
I keep coming back to that 64-child number because it's hard to find in the toddler range. Most toddler structures top out around 20-35 kids.
