The Psagot Playgrounds Scoop Tractor is a farm-equipment play structure that toddlers can climb on, slide off, and pretend to drive. The front scoop and tractor body are sized for small children, and the interactive elements keep them busy beyond just climbing. I recommend the Scoop Tractor when a site needs a themed structure that also works for the youngest end of the toddler range. The 1-foot-11-inch fall height is well below what you'll find on most play systems, so even cautious 2-year-olds can use it with confidence. Meanwhile, the climbing and sliding elements give older toddlers enough of a physical challenge to keep coming back.
