The Psagot Playgrounds Bullseye Spring is a rope nest seat mounted on four springs. Kids can stand, sit, or lie on it while the whole platform rocks and bounces beneath them. It holds up to 5 children at once, which turns a simple spring rider into a group activity. Ages 2-5.

What sets the Bullseye Spring apart from a typical spring rider is that it is not a seat — it is a platform. Kids figure out their own way to use it. Some stand and surf the motion, some sit cross-legged, some lie flat and feel the bounce. Each position is a different balance challenge, and they figure that out on their own without anyone telling them.
With 5 kids on it at once, you get a natural lesson in sharing space and coordinating movement. They have to work out who goes where and how to rock together without knocking each other off. I have watched groups of toddlers spend a long time on these because the play keeps changing as kids rotate in and out.
