The Playground Equipment Single Post Triple Wing Climber is a commercial climbing structure for ages 5-12 with three large wing panels covered in staggered hand-and-foot holes. Kids climb by threading their hands and feet through the openings, which builds motor planning, arm strength, and leg strength as they work their way up. Holds 4-6 kids, 96" fall height, 14' 9"W x 21' 0"L use zone. Meets ASTM F1487 and CPSC #325 standards.
BEST FOR: I'd recommend this one for playgrounds that want a climbing challenge with a different look than the standard ladder or rock wall. The three wings give multiple kids separate paths up, so there's less waiting around and more climbing.
The Triple Wing Climber gives kids something they don't see on most playgrounds. Instead of rungs or rocks, they're pushing hands and feet through a pattern of holes cut into three large oval panels. The staggered layout means they have to think about where to reach next, which works their coordination and planning along with the physical effort. Each wing offers its own route, so several kids can climb without crowding each other.
It's built on a single steel post with three curved supports, so the footprint is tighter than you'd expect for a structure this tall. The panels are rotationally molded polyethylene -- durable, colorfast, and smooth-edged.
