This is a climbing ladder with a purpose beyond just getting to the top. The nine rungs are spaced to accommodate different body sizes, and the top bar is specifically positioned for pull-ups -- so once kids reach the top, there is still something to do. I find that dual-function design keeps kids engaged longer. Younger children work on climbing the lower rungs while older kids go straight for pull-ups at the top.
Everything is powder-coated steel with rubberized grip surfaces on the rungs. The footprint is moderate at 13' 7" x 17' 4", so it tucks into a fitness circuit without dominating the layout.
