BEST FOR: I'd recommend the Megas Pod Climber for school-age playgrounds where kids have outgrown shorter climbing structures. The 5- and 6-step heights provide a genuine challenge for the 5-12 age group, and 6-10 kids can climb at once.
The Playground Equipment Megas Pod Climber is the full-size version of our pod climber sets, built for kids who want a real climbing challenge. Four large posts -- two with 5 steps and two with 6 -- stand tall enough to be genuinely exciting for the 5-12 age group. At 72" fall height, these are not starter climbers. They reward the upper body strength and coordination that older children have developed.
Like the smaller Mikros set, you can arrange the 4 posts in whatever pattern fits your space. The 15' 4" by 16' 11" use zone is the same as the Mikros, but the height difference changes the experience entirely.
