That isn't the size of the structure. It's the structure plus the safety area around it, where kids land coming off a slide or dropping from a climber, and the whole rectangle gets safety surfacing. Measuring a spot for the equipment and forgetting the rest is an easy mistake to make. I'd recommend marking out the full use zone with stakes or spray paint before you commit.

What kids get

Two climbers, a 4-foot pod climber and a sea creature climber, with a 4-foot left turn slide for the way down. The rest is panel play: a bubble panel, a tic tac toe panel, a line panel and a bench panel, plus a ship's wheel and a single drum.

It holds 16 to 21 kids across ages 2-12, with 5 elevated and 2 ground-level accessible play components. That makes it a good match for a daycare yard or a small park.
