Butler Overlook is a fully accessible playground structure for ages 2-12 with capacity for 36-42 kids. The use zone is 37' 8" x 45' 4", making it one of the more compact options in the Fully Accessible line. The fall height is 96 inches, so despite its smaller footprint, older kids still get the elevated platforms and slides they are looking for. ADA-compliant ramps and transfer stations are built in. Meets ASTM F1487 and CPSC #325 safety standards.
BEST FOR: Sites where lot size is a constraint but you still want a proper inclusive playground with some height to it. Schools with smaller yards and community parks with limited open space get the most out of this one. The 96-inch fall height means it does not feel undersized to older kids, even though the footprint is compact.
