The 32 Gallon Plastic Liner is a rigid black plastic insert that fits inside the 32 Gallon Trash Receptacle with Diamond Pattern and the 32 Gallon Trash Receptacle with Perforated Steel. It holds the trash bag in place, protects the receptacle interior from direct contact with waste, and makes bag changes faster. If you are ordering new receptacles, check whether a liner is included. If not, you need one of these to complete the setup.
BEST FOR: Anyone buying or maintaining 32 Gallon Diamond Pattern or Perforated Steel trash receptacles. This is a required component that holds the bag in place and protects the receptacle from the inside.
This is one of those components that seems minor until you do not have one. Without the liner, the trash bag sits directly against the receptacle walls. It slips down, bunches up, and makes a mess. The rigid plastic liner holds the bag open and in position, so waste goes into the bag and not all over the inside of the receptacle.
If you are ordering new 32-gallon receptacles, make sure a liner is part of your order. Some configurations include it, others do not. And if you have existing receptacles with cracked or missing liners, replacing them is the easiest upgrade you can make to your trash setup. Simple part, but it makes the whole system work properly.
