The Playground Equipment 8 Feet High Elite Arch Post Tire Swing is a standalone commercial tire swing with an arch-post frame standing 8 feet tall. The spaced-out legs give the tire a full range of motion for spinning and multi-directional swinging. Fall height is 96" with a use zone of 28' 7" x 23'. Meets ASTM F1487 and CPSC #325 safety standards.
BEST FOR: I'd recommend this for parks and schools that want to add a tire swing as a standalone piece. Kids gravitate toward tire swings because they move differently than belt swings, and the arch-post frame gives you a clean, modern look that fits well next to other commercial structures.
Tire swings are one of the most requested items we sell, and this arch-post version is the one I point people to when they want a standalone unit. The legs are spaced wide enough that the tire can swing freely in all directions without coming close to the frame. That multi-directional motion -- forward, backward, spinning -- is what makes tire swings more engaging than standard belt seats for a lot of kids.
The arch-post frame is powder-coated steel built to commercial standards. If you find that one tire swing is not enough down the road, you can add bays to expand rather than starting from scratch.
