The Playground Equipment 8 Feet Elite Single Post Swing With Shade - 1 Bay is a single-bay commercial swing with an integrated shade canopy and room for two seats. Built from powder-coated galvanized steel, it eliminates the need for a separate shade structure. Fall height is 96" with a use zone of 24'W x 32'L. Meets ASTM F1487 and CPSC #325 safety standards.
BEST FOR: I'd recommend the single-bay shade swing for compact sites like small daycares or pocket parks where you need two shaded swing seats and nothing more. It is also a good add-on for larger playgrounds that already have a main swing set but want a shaded option in a different area.
The single-bay shade swing is the smallest unit in this line, but it solves a specific problem well. Two swing seats with a built-in canopy means kids swing in the shade without you having to source, measure, and install a separate shade structure. The shade is engineered as part of the frame, so there is no guessing about clearance or compatibility.
The galvanized steel frame is powder-coated for corrosion resistance and rated for commercial use. At 24 by 32 feet, the use zone is compact enough for small sites.
