Gaga ball has become one of the most requested additions I see for school and camp playgrounds. The game is simple -- players hit a ball with their hands inside the pit, and if it touches you at or below the knee, you are out. No special skills needed, no teams to pick, and games last just a few minutes so everyone gets multiple turns. That inclusivity is why it works so well for recess and group settings.
The pit comes in 15', 20', and 26' diameters. I recommend the 20' for most settings -- it is big enough for a good game but does not dominate the playground. We also carry rubber flooring tiles sized to fit each pit, which I would suggest adding to keep the playing surface clean and safe. The border timbers are built for commercial use and handle years of heavy play.
