I carry the Psagot Playgrounds Auntie's House because it does something most toddler cabins don't — it looks like a building out of a picture book. The walls angle outward from a narrow base to a wide top, and the entry is a giant stack of books that doubles as steps. Kids climb up the books, duck inside to sit on one of two benches, peek through the windows, and slide out when they're ready. It holds up to 7 children ages 2-5, and the HDPE panels are made from recycled materials with built-in UV resistance. ASTM F1487 and IPEMA certified.
BEST FOR: Daycares and preschools that want a toddler cabin with a look kids won't find anywhere else — one that pulls them into house play and imaginative scenarios without any prompting.
What I like about the Auntie's House is that the architecture itself is the play element. The steep angles and unusual proportions make kids curious before they even step inside, and the book-stack entry gives them a reason to climb right away. Once they're in, the two benches and working windows set the stage for house play — cooking pretend meals, hosting guests, all of it.
At 7-child capacity, this is sized for small-group play where kids can hear each other and take turns with roles. The HDPE construction handles sun, rain, and heavy use without splintering or fading, so it looks just as good in year three as it did on install day.
CAPACITY: 7 children simultaneously, ages 2-5.
FALL HEIGHT: 2'-10.6" (90 cm). Requires appropriate safety surfacing.
MATERIALS: HDPE — UV and wear resistant, produced from recycled materials.
CERTIFICATIONS: ASTM F1487 and IPEMA certified.
