The Psagot Playgrounds Witch's Lair uses what Psagot calls their Sloppy Style design -- everything looks intentionally crooked and broken, like something out of a fairy tale. Two connected towers with pointed witch hat roofs sit above a tube slide, climbing walls, rope nets, and a rope bridge. It holds 66 kids ages 5-12. ASTM F1487 and IPEMA certified.
BEST FOR: Parks that want a play structure kids will remember. If your project calls for something that does not look like every other playground in town, the Sloppy Style aesthetic makes the Witch's Lair a standout for 5-12 year olds.
The first time you see the Witch's Lair, you do a double take. The whole thing looks like it is about to fall over, and that is the point. Sloppy Style takes fairy tale architecture -- crooked walls, tilted roofs, off-kilter angles -- and builds it into a certified play structure. Kids feel like they are exploring a witch's house, and the asymmetric layout hides climbing challenges inside the themed design so they are working hard without thinking about it.
With 66-kid capacity spread across twin towers, a tube slide, climbing walls, rope nets, and a rope bridge, there is enough going on to keep a crowd engaged. I like recommending this one for parks that want a visual landmark on the property. It photographs well, it draws attention, and it plays well -- that is a hard combination to find. The HDPE panels and steel frame handle weather and daily use without issues.
