The Psagot Playgrounds Las Vegas D is a large multi-tower HPL play system with interconnected towers, bridges, crawl tunnels, climbing walls, and both open and enclosed slides. At ground level, there are discovery panels including marble mazes, hourglasses, and game boards for younger or less mobile children. It is ASTM F1487 and IPEMA certified, holds up to 192 children ages 5 to 12, and has a fall height of 9 feet 6.
BEST FOR: If you are outfitting a large community park or school and need a single structure that keeps close to 200 children busy at the same time, this is the scale of play system we are talking about. The ground-level discovery panels make it work for kids who are not ready for the upper levels. Ages 5 to 12, ASTM and IPEMA certified.
The Las Vegas D is one of the larger systems we offer, and what I appreciate about its design is the layered play approach. The upper levels have towers connected by rope bridges, crawl tunnels, and climbing routes for kids who want physical challenge. The enclosed slides with transparent sections give nervous sliders some visibility while still providing that enclosed thrill. And caregivers can track their children through semi-transparent polycarbonate panels from ground level.
The ground-level discovery zone is what makes this more than just a climbing structure. Marble mazes, hourglasses, tic-tac-toe, and driving panels give younger children and children with mobility limitations meaningful things to do without climbing a single step. At 192-child capacity across a 68 by 43 foot footprint, it is a destination piece that justifies the space it takes up.
