Playground Equipment Slithering Snake is a commercial play structure for ages 5-12 combining three 5-foot Turn Slides, a large coiling Spiral Slide, and a full range of play features in one structure. It handles 90-98 kids at once, has an 84" fall height, and needs a 35' 5" x 56' 11" use zone. Meets ASTM F1487 and CPSC #325 safety standards.
BEST FOR: I'd recommend the Slithering Snake for high-traffic parks and schools where you need one structure that does everything. Three Turn Slides plus a Spiral Slide means the slide-lovers never wait long, and the rest of the activities keep the other 90+ kids occupied. It is a lot of play value in a single installation.
The Slithering Snake loads up on slides. Three 5-foot Turn Slides handle the steady traffic, and the coiling Spiral Slide is the feature kids make a beeline for. Beyond the slides, there are enough climbing, crawling, and interactive activities packed in to keep 90-98 kids moving through the structure without anyone getting bored or stuck waiting.
This is a high-capacity structure on powder-coated steel posts with polyethylene components. At 35' 5" x 56' 11" for the use zone, it takes up a fair amount of real estate, but when you can serve 90-98 kids on a single structure, the space is well used.
