The Playground Equipment Palo Alto is a preschool-friendly structure built for ages 2-5 that gives younger kids plenty to do without overwhelming them. It accommodates 16-19 kids, features a 36" fall height, and requires a use zone of 24' 5"W x 25' 4"L. Meets ASTM F1487 and CPSC #325 safety standards.
BEST FOR: This works well for smaller preschools, daycare centers, and church play areas where the group size tops out around 15-20 kids. The 2-5 age range means everything is sized for little ones, and the 36" fall height keeps it low enough that supervising adults can see and reach every part of the structure.
The Playground Equipment Palo Alto is designed to let younger kids explore at their own pace. Multiple activity stations give 2-to-5-year-olds different things to try -- climbing, sliding, sensory play -- without the structure feeling too big or too high. That matters with this age group, because a playground that intimidates a 3-year-old doesn't get used.
The footprint is roughly 24 by 25 feet, which is compact enough for most daycare yards and preschool outdoor spaces. With a 36" fall height, you're looking at lower surfacing requirements compared to the taller structures. Bottom line: it's a right-sized unit for younger kids in smaller spaces.
