The Playground Equipment Grand Rapids is a sprawling commercial structure for ages 5-12 with a Rock Hole Climber as the main entry point to the platform. I like this one because it packs a lot of play value into a 48" fall height -- lower than most structures this size, which makes surfacing easier and less expensive. Holds 36-42 kids, use zone is 29' 11" x 38' 10". ASTM F1487 and CPSC #325 compliant.
BEST FOR: This works well for elementary schools and parks that want a large-capacity structure (36-42 kids) without the surfacing requirements of an 84" fall height. The lower deck heights keep it accessible while still offering plenty of activities.
The Playground Equipment Grand Rapids gives you high capacity (36-42 kids) at a moderate 48" fall height, which is a combination I don't see often enough. Most large structures push the fall height to 72" or 84", but the Grand Rapids keeps decks lower while spreading the play activities across a wide footprint. The Rock Hole Climber is the signature entry point -- it's a hands-and-feet challenge that kids find more engaging than plain stairs.
The 29' 11" x 38' 10" use zone is sizable, but the 48" fall height means your surfacing doesn't need to be as deep (or expensive) as it would for a taller structure.
