Kids walk up and hit the surfaces with their hands, and they get real percussive feedback. Two children can play at the same time, which turns it into a collaborative music-making spot. It works for toddlers through 12-year-olds.
Made from recycled HDPE, the drum surfaces resist UV damage, moisture, and temperature swings. I have seen these hold up through New Jersey winters and summers without cracking or losing their sound quality. At 1'-9.
