The Psagot Playgrounds Cashew B is the upgraded version of the Cashew A standing seesaw. It adds stainless steel bearings for smoother motion, end-of-motion damping so it does not slam at the bottom, and arched handrails for a better grip. Two riders, ages 2-12.
BEST FOR: If you like the standing seesaw concept but want smoother operation and a safer stop at the end of each teeter, the Cashew B is the step up for playgrounds and schools serving ages 2-12.
The difference between the Cashew A and the Cashew B comes down to the details. Stainless steel bearings give the B model a noticeably smoother teeter, and the end-of-motion damping means the platform slows down before it hits the bottom instead of jolting to a stop. For younger kids in the 2-5 range, that softer stop makes a real difference in comfort and confidence.
The arched handrails are another upgrade worth noting. They give riders a more natural hand position than flat bars, which reduces hand fatigue during longer play sessions.
