The Psagot Playgrounds S-Spinner Stainless is the stainless steel version of the S-Spinner, designed for environments where corrosion is a concern. Same advanced dual-bearing system with self-lubrication, same S-shaped design, same 3-kid capacity for ages 2-5 — but with stainless steel construction that handles salt air, humidity, and coastal conditions.
BEST FOR: Coastal parks, waterfront playgrounds, and any site where salt air or high humidity would eat through standard galvanized finishes. If you are installing near the ocean or in a humid climate, this is the version to spec.
If you are building a playground within a few miles of the coast, I will steer you toward the Stainless version every time. Salt air corrodes galvanized metal faster than most people expect, and replacing a spinner two years in because the finish failed is a waste of budget. The stainless steel on this model handles those conditions without the surface degradation.
Everything else is identical to the standard S-Spinner — the dual-bearing system, the self-lubrication, the 11.5-inch fall height, the 3-kid capacity. You are not giving up any performance or play value by going stainless. You are just getting a material that matches the environment it will live in.
