The Psagot Playgrounds Denali is the largest toddler structure I carry, with capacity for 44 children at once. It's a sensory activity area rather than a traditional play system — think bubble panels, gear wheels, hourglasses, rain wheels, play counters, a crawl-through barrel, and sliding surfaces spread across a wide footprint. The fall height is only 1 foot 7 inches, so it works well for programs serving the youngest end of the 2-5 range. HDPE boards on a galvanized steel frame. ASTM F1487 and IPEMA certified.
BEST FOR: Large parks and campuses that need a high-capacity sensory play area with interactive panels and ground-level activities for ages 2-5.
If you need to serve a large group of toddlers at the same time, the Denali is where I'd start. At 44-child capacity, it handles full daycare classes and busy park crowds without bottlenecks. The variety of sensory panels — bubble, gear, hourglass, rain wheel — means kids spread out across the structure instead of all lining up for one slide.
The 1-foot-7-inch fall height is about as low as it gets for a commercial structure, which matters when you have 2-year-olds mixed in with 4- and 5-year-olds. The galvanized steel frame gives it the structural strength to support that many children simultaneously, and the HDPE board cladding handles weather and UV without maintenance issues.
CAPACITY: 44 children simultaneously, ages 2-5.
FALL HEIGHT: 1'-7.2" (50 cm). Requires appropriate safety surfacing.
MATERIALS: HDPE boards and galvanized steel construction.
CERTIFICATIONS: ASTM F1487 and IPEMA certified.
