The Intermediate Playground Gym is a multi-station outdoor fitness setup for mid-level users who have moved past beginner exercises but are not ready for advanced movements. It includes stations for pull-ups, dips, and bodyweight exercises with some assistance features built in. The powder-coated steel frame is commercial-grade and handles daily public use.
BEST FOR: Parks, recreation centers, and school campuses that want outdoor fitness options for teens and adults at a moderate fitness level. This fills the gap between the Beginner Gym and the Advanced Gym in our fitness line.
The Intermediate Playground Gym bridges the gap between our Beginner and Advanced gyms. I recommend it for locations that serve a mixed population -- the exercise stations are challenging enough to be worthwhile for regular users, but they include enough support features that someone newer to fitness can still use them safely.
The powder-coated steel frame holds up to constant outdoor use, and the stations are spaced to allow multiple people to work out at the same time. If you are building an outdoor fitness area, this pairs well with our other gym stations for a complete circuit.
