The Playground Equipment Cosmic Crest is a triangle-based 3D net climber for ages 5-12. The rope structure is built entirely from interconnected triangles -- one of the strongest shapes in architecture -- creating a rigid, geometric climbing surface. Handles 20-25 kids. Fall height is 72" with a use zone of 22' 6" x 22' 6". Meets ASTM F1487 and CPSC #325 safety standards.
BEST FOR: I'd recommend Cosmic Crest for schools and smaller parks that want a rope climber with a geometric design and a lower fall height. The triangle-based construction makes it structurally stiff, which gives kids a more predictable climbing surface than flexible-rope structures offer.
