The Psagot Playgrounds Rubber Hills C is a lower-profile version of the Rubber Hills series — sculpted high-density safety rubber mounds connected by rope bridges, with crawling tunnels and climbing holds throughout. The fall height is only 3 feet 3 inches, which makes it accessible to a wider range of abilities. Holds 29 kids, rated for ages 5-12. ASTM F1487 and IPEMA certified.
BEST FOR: Playgrounds that want the terrain-based play of the Rubber Hills line but at a height that feels safer for less confident kids or more cautious parents. It is also a solid pick for inclusive play areas where lower profiles make a real difference in accessibility.
I recommend the Rubber Hills C when clients like the terrain concept but want lower risk. At 3 feet 3 inches of fall height, kids still get legitimate climbing, crawling, and balancing challenges — they just do it closer to the ground. That opens the door for kids who might hesitate on the taller Rubber Hills, and it simplifies your surfacing requirements.
The elongated footprint creates more of a linear course than a cluster, which works well along pathways or fence lines.
