The Psagot Playgrounds Ninja Stepper is a stepping obstacle for ninja training that works the whole body — not just legs. Users navigate between stepping elements, and the transitions require coordinated engagement of legs, core, and arms. Fits up to 6 users, ages 5-12, with a manageable 70 cm fall height.
BEST FOR: Ninja courses that need a whole-body stepping obstacle developing balance, stability, and upper-lower body coordination for up to 6 users ages 5-12.
The Stepper looks simple, but it asks more of the body than people expect. Unlike obstacles that isolate the upper or lower body, this one requires coordinated engagement of legs, core, and arms during every transition. That integrated movement pattern — where the whole body has to work together — builds the kind of functional balance and stability that translates across an entire ninja course.
At 70 cm fall height, this works well as a warm-up station or as an entry-level obstacle for younger users who are not ready for the high-overhead challenges. But the coordination demand keeps it relevant for experienced ninjas too. I often see this placed at the beginning of a course sequence, where it gets the whole body activated before users move on to grip-intensive or climbing-heavy obstacles.
CAPACITY: 6 children simultaneously, ages 5-12.
FALL HEIGHT: 2'-2.9" (70 cm). Requires appropriate safety surfacing.
MATERIALS: Galvanized powder-coated steel.
