The "Sloppy" style is Psagot's term for structures that look deliberately crooked, tilted, and off-kilter, like something out of a fairy tale. The Psagot Playgrounds Lil Witch House 2 A has two cabins that look like they might topple over but are obviously solid when you touch them. Toddlers respond to this. The wonky shapes spark their imagination in a way that clean geometric structures just do not.
Everything is scaled for ages 2-5. The cable nets give small hands secure grip points for climbing, the slides are angled and sized so toddlers are not overwhelmed, and the cable bridge between the two cabins provides a challenge that is appropriate without being intimidating. The recycled HDPE construction handles 45 kids at a time, which is what you need for busy toddler areas at parks and childcare centers.
