The 12-Foot Spiral Tube Slide gives you a full enclosed spiral ride from a 12-foot deck height. With a 144-inch fall height and a use zone of 9 ft 3 in by 13 ft, it's a substantial slide that works equally well on commercial playgrounds and private properties. This is slide and mounts only, so it attaches to an existing platform, deck, or structure at the right height. The 360-degree spiral rotation controls speed naturally, bringing kids to the bottom at a safe pace.
BEST FOR: Playgrounds, backyards with elevated structures, and indoor facilities with a 12-foot platform. Twelve feet is a common deck height for two-story play structures and residential second floors, which makes this one of the more popular spiral tube sizes. If you're adding a slide to an existing elevated space, this is a practical choice.
Twelve feet is probably the most common height I see for spiral tube slide installations. It lines up with standard two-story structures, elevated play decks, and second-floor exits, which means a lot of sites already have the right platform height without needing custom construction. The 9 ft 3 in by 13 ft use zone is manageable for most layouts.
The enclosed tube is made from commercial-grade polyethylene that handles UV exposure, temperature swings, and years of heavy use. Because the spiral controls descent speed through friction and rotation, kids come out the bottom at a reasonable pace even from 12 feet up.
