The Psagot Playgrounds Semicircle Fitness is a hoop-shaped climbing and balance structure that does not look like typical fitness equipment. Kids use it for chin-ups, climbing, and balance work, and because of the curved shape, they tend to invent their own ways to play on it. Fall height is just 1'-9" (55 cm). BEST FOR: Good for playgrounds that want a fitness element that does not feel like a gym. The low 55 cm fall height and compact footprint make it easy to place, and it works well for ages 5-12 who approach fitness through free play rather than structured exercises.
This is one of those pieces that blurs the line between play equipment and fitness equipment. The curved hoop shape does not scream "exercise," so kids gravitate toward it out of curiosity. Once they start climbing and hanging, they are building arm strength, grip, and balance without thinking about it as a workout. I have seen kids spend 20 minutes on one of these just figuring out new positions.
