The Psagot Playgrounds Pecan is an S-shaped seesaw built from stainless steel with four seats and hand grips. The curved shape creates a different teetering motion than a straight seesaw — kids can play in pairs or groups of four. Ages 2-12, with a 3-foot-2-inch fall height.

The S-curve on the Pecan is what makes it interesting. On a straight seesaw, the weight distribution is predictable — one side goes up, the other goes down. The S-shape changes that dynamic. The curved path shifts weight differently through the arc, so kids have to engage their core and adjust their balance in ways a straight seesaw does not demand. It is a better balance trainer.
