The Playground Equipment 3 Pods Free Standing Pod Climber is a mid-height climbing post with 3 circular steps. It installs directly into the ground, giving it a stable base that does not shift or wobble. At 36" fall height, it works for the full 2-12 age range -- younger kids can reach the first step easily, and older kids can top out and jump off. The circular steps have no front or back, so children approach and climb from whatever direction they happen to be coming from.
This is a good entry point if you are considering pod climbers but want to start small. The 13' 3" square use zone is shared across the whole pod series, so if kids take to it, you can add 4-, 5-, or 6-pod models alongside it later.
