The Psagot Playgrounds Balloons 1 is a hot air balloon-shaped play system with 6 levels of activity packed into one structure. Kids climb up via a climbing wall, rope ladder, or accessible stairs, then come down through a tube slide, a straight slide, or a toddler slide. There is a balcony, 2 play panels, and a giant balloon dome crowning the top. It holds 56 kids at once, ages 5-12. ASTM F1487 and IPEMA certified.
BEST FOR: If you are working with a mid-size park footprint but still need serious multi-level play, the Balloons 1 delivers. The mix of a toddler slide and accessible stairs means younger siblings or mixed-age groups can all use it alongside the older kids. Good fit for community parks and schools that serve a wide range of families.
What stands out about the Balloons 1 is how many play options it squeezes into a 27-foot footprint. Six levels, three different slides, and three different ways to climb up — that is a lot of variety for a single tower. Kids can loop through it a dozen times and take a different route each time, which keeps them engaged longer than a one-slide-one-ladder setup ever will.
The toddler slide and accessible stairs open the structure up to younger children and kids with different abilities, which I always appreciate in a design.
