**The Playground Equipment Fairfax Station takes a square layout and puts something different at every corner.** Designed for ages 5-12, this structure splits into a lower 3-foot side and a higher 6-foot deck side, giving kids two levels of challenge within the same footprint. BEST FOR: I'd recommend the Fairfax Station for parks and schools that want a single structure with built-in difficulty progression. The 3-foot side lets younger or less confident kids ease in, while the 6-foot side gives older kids the challenge they're after. Handles big groups well.
