Sports Play Bronco Spring Rider
ALUMINUM SPRING RIDER SPECIFICATIONS 361-501, 361-502, 361-503, 361-504, 361-506, 361-507
Easy Rider Bodies: The body shall be molded from an aluminum alloy suitable for permanent molding. Castings shall be cleaned and welded to form the body. The welded and cleaned body shall be painted using a lead-free polyester powder paint. The handle and foot rest shall be 1” aluminum tubing welded into place.
Thickness of the aluminum body shall be 3/16” and 5/16” at the bottom attaching area.
The body is 9” high at the saddle and 28” from the front to back feet.
Heavy Duty Springs: The springs shall be made from ¾” round rod rolled to 5 ½” outside diameter and 13” high. Plates shall be ¼” steel clamped to the spring with a ½” thick clamp. The complete assembly shall be painted with a lead free polyester powder coating.
Hardware shall be zinc plated to resist corrosion
