The Playground Equipment Redmond fits a full play experience into one of the smallest footprints in this category. Built for ages 2-12, it handles 16-19 kids with a 48" fall height and a nearly square use zone of just 24' 0" x 24' 1". It's compact, but it still gives kids climbing, sliding, and exploratory activities. ASTM F1487 and CPSC #325 compliant.
BEST FOR: I'd recommend the Redmond for school playgrounds, community centers, and smaller parks where you need a legitimate commercial structure in a footprint under 25 feet in both directions. It's also a solid add-on to complement a larger existing structure.

At 24 by 24 feet, it's one of the most compact structures I carry, but it still delivers a genuine play experience with climbing routes, a slide, and exploration elements.
