High Sierra is a fully accessible playground structure for ages 2-12 with capacity for 50-57 kids. The use zone is 55' 4" x 38' 11", and the fall height is just 36 inches, which is the lowest in this product line. That makes it one of the most approachable inclusive structures for younger children and communities where low elevation is a priority. It is part of the Fully Accessible series, with ADA-compliant ramps and transfer points throughout. Meets ASTM F1487 and CPSC #325 safety standards.
BEST FOR: Parks and schools where the youngest kids are a priority, or where parents and administrators want the security of a low fall height. The 36-inch maximum elevation means even two-year-olds can explore the upper platforms without the heights feeling intimidating. Also a good fit for special needs programs where children may have balance or coordination challenges.
The 36-inch fall height is the defining feature of High Sierra. That is just three feet, which means the elevated platforms feel reachable and safe for the youngest kids in the 2-12 range. I recommend this when a community wants a large inclusive structure but the primary users will be on the younger side, or when the playground serves children with physical or developmental needs where low heights reduce anxiety.
