The Square Nexus Pedestal Table with Perforated Steel is a sturdy pedestal-mount table that seats up to 8 people comfortably, with benches on all four sides. The Nexus pedestal system uses a reinforced central beam that provides more structural support than a standard single-post pedestal, which matters when you have a full table of adults. Perforated steel surfaces keep water from pooling after storms.

The Nexus pedestal is the heavier-duty version of our single-pedestal tables. Where the single-post design works well for moderate use, the Nexus system adds more connection points between the beam and the tabletop and benches. That extra reinforcement matters when you are seating 8 adults -- the table stays solid and does not flex or wobble.
I recommend this over the standard single-pedestal when you expect the table to be at capacity most of the time. Parks near popular trails, busy school courtyards, employee break areas -- anywhere that consistently sees full tables.
